YOUNG.Hospitality

YOUNG.Hospitality, the Netherlands & Spain

Built to run.

We build hospitality concepts people want to come back to. Different brands. Different experiences. One shared foundation: quality, accessibility, strong operations and genuine hospitality. From restaurants and coffee to hotels, beach clubs and new concepts still to come, we build businesses designed to perform in real life, every day.

The group

More thanhospitality.A platform.

Every concept under this roof keeps its own name, its own kitchen and its own regulars. What connects them is the belief that they become stronger as part of one ecosystem than they would be operating independently.

We don't just design concepts; we build operating systems. Clear in setup. Simple to operate. Designed for real life. Less complexity, more clarity. Less hype, more return.

Our essence

01, Quality

Consistent, reliable

Consistency is the heartbeat of our quality, woven into the system so every dish and every service builds lasting trust.

02, Value

True value for money

Clear, fair and accessible pricing, for the guest and for the business. No over-complication, no inflated positioning.

03, Efficiency

Built to operate

Clear processes and smart setups that minimise friction, so we spend less time fixing and more time performing.

The YOUNG Promise

Every concept feels different.Every guest leaves the same way.

Whether it is a hotel room, breakfast at the beach club, a coffee to take away or a Sunday afternoon with the family.

01

Easy to access

Prices people can say yes to without thinking about it, in places they already walk past.

02

Easy to understand

A short menu, a clear offer, no theatre. You know what you are getting before you sit down.

03

Warmly delivered

Hospitality is not defined by luxury. It is defined by attention, and by people who notice.

04

Consistently better

Every review, every shift and every guest conversation is used to raise the bar again.

What we share

One integratedhospitalityplatform

Each concept maintains its own identity, and all of them are supported by the same shared infrastructure. These seven layers are what make the group more than a list of restaurants.

  1. 01

    Central production kitchen

One kitchen prepares the base for the fast concepts, so a panini in one venue and a plate in another hold the same standard.

  2. 02

    Shared operational teams

People move between venues instead of being locked to one address, which is what keeps service steady on the busy days.

  3. 03

    Central purchasing

Volume is bought once for everyone, so a neighbourhood bistro buys at the price of a group.

  4. 04

    Recruitment and talent development

People are found, trained and promoted inside the group. YOUNG.Campus is where that starts.

  5. 05

    Marketing and branding

Every brand keeps its own voice. The work behind that voice happens in one place.

  6. 06

    Operational support

Systems, reporting and daily support that a single restaurant could never carry on its own.

  7. 07

    Technology, automation and AI

Tools are built once and rolled out across every concept, which is what makes new locations open faster.

The Hague, and then the rest

Built here, before it goes anywhere else

Where we are going

Proven in one city,then repeated

The first concepts were deliberately launched in The Hague. The city has been the testing ground where concepts, processes, technology and guest experience were developed and refined. With that foundation in place, the group is preparing to move into other cities across the Netherlands and Spain.
